SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING DETAILS

Standard shipping to any address in Canada is free. For expedited orders, there is a surcharge depending on the location of the customer.

International shipping rates vary by country, but all the return and exchange policies apply.

Exmore products require a signature upon delivery from the recipient to prevent chargeback fraud and to ensure that our products are delivered successfully and on time. If an order does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us through our website or in-store so we can investigate immediately.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Online

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept the return or the exchange of your items if they meet the following conditions:

  • Our return policy is 15 days. Orders are to be shipped for return within 15 days of your delivery date; they can arrive after 15 days have elapsed.
  • Items must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition, returned with all original tags attached.
  • Merchandise can be exchanged for any style, colour or size subject to availability and price will be adjusted accordingly.

If we do not have the stock available for your exchange, we will customize the item or will proceed with a refund. Exmore Inc. reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges which do not comply with our return and exchange policy. If so, items will be sent back to the original shipping address.

How to request a Return or an Exchange:

  • If you are a registered customer, sign in to your account on www.exmore.ca. Click on View Order right next to the order you want to return or exchange. Click on Request Return.
  • If you don't have an account, please go to www.exmore.ca and contact us.
  • Please specify if you are requesting a return or an exchange, your address, the reason for your return, and then submit your request. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate in the comment box the new size or colour you would like to receive. Your return request should be processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving it.
  • If your return request is approved, we will send you an email including a return label.

Please note that during peak season it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to process returns or exchanges.

How to ship your Return or your Exchange:

  • Place the products in the packaging. 
  • Print the return label and attach it to the outside of the package.
  • Drop your package at the nearest Canada Post location.

 

Our Online Exchange & Refund Process:  

Refunds:

  • Upon reception of your return package, the refund will be processed within the following 3-5 business days.
  • Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • You will be notified by e-mail when the refund has been done. Please note that your bank institution may require additional processing time to credit your account.

Exchange: 

  • Once we receive your package at our warehouse, your exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days. If the product received is damaged and has not been documented as such, the package will be returned to the sender without any exchange.
  • You will be notified by email when your new item will be shipped as well as your tracking number.  Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by Exmore.

Please note that during peak season it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to process returns or exchanges.

Our Online Order Cancellation policy:

If you hit the Submit Order button before you are ready, we will do our best to help.

In-Store

For purchases made in store in the last 15 days Exmore will accept in-store returns.

Returned merchandise must include a verifiable Exmore inc. receipt, packaging and tags and must be in its original condition. The item must not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.

If a customer is dissatisfied with merchandise bought or received as a gift (at regular price), the item can be exchanged for an identical or comparable item or for a credit in the form of a gift card within 15 days of the original purchase date. The item can be exchanged at Exmore location accompanied by the original gift receipt.

Exmore inc. reserves the right to authorize all exchanges and repairs at its sole discretion.

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE

  • Merchandise marked for final sale online or in-store can not be returned or exchanged.

Exmore reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges which do not comply with our return and exchange policy. If so, items will be sent back to the original shipping address.
